Why am I not receiving surveys?

When you first sign up, you will be asked to fill in your Birthdate and Gender. If you did not fill in these details, you will not receive surveys. Moreover, updating these details accurately in your account is important for verification.


In the beginning, there are a set of initial surveys for us to understand you better and ensure you are on your way to your first reward! This might be why you were receiving surveys more regularly.

Don’t worry, that’s normal. :)


On top of that, depending on the needs of our client-partners, we will do our best to send over a survey every couple of days.

Many of our surveys have quotas and work on a first-come, first-served basis. If you click on the push notification after some time of receiving it, you may find that the quota has been filled and no survey is available. 


Hence, we would suggest that you log into the app regularly so you don’t miss out in surveys along with fun polls on hot button topics and current affairs that are always available for you.

We also recommend that your app remains updated to the latest version to keep the surveys coming in!
