Can I change my reward details after submitting it?

After you have redeemed a reward, we will send an email to your registered email address containing all your details.


Please ensure that:

  1. You have selected the reward you want to redeem
  2. You check your mobile number & your email details before tapping "Submit"
  3. Your Inbox is active to view emails from milieu


Milieu Surveys assumes no responsibility for any redemption that is misdirected to another person’s account as a result of user error.


If you have submitted incorrect details (such as phone number) for your reward claim, please Contact Us within 48 hours from time of redemption. 

While we will try our best to inform our rewards partners of the changes, we cannot guarantee that the change will be made. Once the transfer has gone through, we are unable to reverse it.
