Verification steps differ depending on the login method.
- Enter details (email must be the same as your Facebook account, has been verified there, and it must be Active).
- No verification email is sent as it syncs with your Facebook account.
Apple ID
- Enter details (email must be the same as your Apple ID account, has been verified there, and it must be Active).
- No verification email is sent as it syncs with your Apple ID account.
Note: Apple's "Hide My Email" feature creates a random email to replace your real one. If you registered with Apple ID and have this enabled, the email shown in our system will be this random address.
Normal Email
- Enter details (email must be Active to receive incoming emails).
- Verification email will be sent. Please check your inbox/spam/junk folders.
As part of our security measures, your account cannot be manually activated.
Do note that your future reward redemptions will also be sent to your email – so it’s best to keep the email account Active. :)
